Shipping and Payment
If you order before 4 p.m., we will process your order the same working day. (excluding Saturday / Sunday and public holidays). We cannot guarantee next day delivery because we depend on the carrier, so there may be a delay in delivery. It is important that you include your email address and/or telephone number with your order in case you cannot receive the package.
Shipping via delivery service
If you and your neighbours are not at home, your package will be offered again the next working day. The delivery person may have delivered your package to a collection point nearby. You can always track your package via your track & trace number, which you received from the shipping platform Sendcloud. If you have questions about the delivery of your package, you can ask your question by replying to the received mail from the shipping platform Sendcloud about the delivery of your package. Bezorgen ander adres
When ordering, you have the option of specifying a billing and shipping address.
A different delivery address is possible. You also have the option to have your package delivered to a DHL parcelshop or PostNL service point in your area. You can then collect your package at a time that suits you. You can track your package via your received track & trace number from Sendcloud, which you will receive in the mail. Always take your proof of identity with you when picking up your order.
Shipping within Europe
The shipping costs depend on the height of your order and the country of delivery. We use the following shipping costs: For orders up to 100 EUR with deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany 4,95 EUR shipping costs will be charged. Orders above 100 EUR to these countries are shipped for free.
For orders to the other European countries, some costs will be charged.
