Shipping and Payment


If you order before 4 p.m., we will process your order the same working day. (excluding Saturday / Sunday and public holidays). We cannot guarantee next day delivery because we depend on the carrier, so there may be a delay in delivery. It is important that you include your email address and/or telephone number with your order in case you cannot receive the package.

Shipping via delivery service

If you and your neighbours are not at home, your package will be offered again the next working day. The delivery person may have delivered your package to a collection point nearby. You can always track your package via your track & trace number, which you received from the shipping platform Sendcloud. If you have questions about the delivery of your package, you can ask your question by replying to the received mail from the shipping platform Sendcloud about the delivery of your package.


The new way to ship and return your packages. It’s easy and fast, two core values of the brand Blundstone. Budbee is at this point only available in The Netherlands. Through Budbee it is possible to personalize your order. You can communicate directly with Budbee and with the deliverer. It’s up to you when and where you would like to receive your order. It’s even possible to track the deliverer live! Besides that, you can also add a special request, for example when you don’t want the deliverer to ring the doorbell.

The customer service of Budbee is directly available between the working hours of the deliverer.

Through a few simple steps it’s also possible to return your order via Budbee. You don’t need to print a return label. You can decide to let the deliverer pick up your return order through the Budbee app. Or make use of the special Budbee boxes. Through the Budbee app you find the Budbee Box near you! You can bring your return to the Budbee box within two hours after the registration in the Budbee app.

DHL is a worldwide known delivery service. We have been working with DHL since the start of Blundstone Benelux. Just like Blundstone, a company with a lot of experience, which always wants the best for its customers. Ordering is easy via our website and you select your carrier. You will receive a tracking code which can be followed via the DHL website. The return service is via our website. After leaving your zip code, order number and tracking code, the return label will be sent to your e-mail address. The return label must be printed and affixed to the package. DHL can be used for shipping and return worldwide.

When ordering, you have the option of specifying a billing and shipping address.
A different delivery address is possible. You also have the option to have your package delivered to a DHL parcelshop or PostNL service point in your area. You can then collect your package at a time that suits you. You can track your package via your received track & trace number from Sendcloud, which you will receive in the mail. Always take your proof of identity with you when picking up your order.

Shipping within Europe

The shipping costs depend on the height of your order and the country of delivery. We use the following shipping costs: For orders up to 100 EUR with deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany 4,95 EUR shipping costs will be charged. Orders above 100 EUR to these countries are shipped for free.

For orders to the other European countries, some costs will be charged.
