Shipping and Payment
Ordes placed before 4 p.m. will be processed the same working day (excluding Saturday / Sunday and public holidays). We cannot guarantee next day delivery, because we depend on the carrier. There may be a delay in delivery. It is important that you include your e-mail address and/or telephone number with your order in case you cannot receive the package.
Shipping via delivery service
If you and your neighbours are not home, your parcel will be offered again on the next working day. It is possible that the delivery company has dropped off your parcel at a drop-off point closeby.You can track your package with the track and trace code that you have received via email. If you have questions about the delivery of your package, you can ask your question by sending an email or you can reach us by phone or social media. Via social media we respond within 1 hour on working days. Our customer service is of course ready for all your questions and always provides an appropriate solution.
DHL and PostNL
DHL and PostNL are well-known delivery services worldwide. We have been working with both since the beginning. Both delivery services are, just like Blundstone, companies with a lot of experience who always want the best for their customers. Ordering is easy through our website and you can choose your preferred delivery service. You will receive after your order a track & trace code which can be followed through the website of DHL and PostNL. The return service is handled via our website. After adding the postal code, order number and/or track & trace code, the return label will be sent to the e-mail address we have on record. The return label must be printed and attached to the package. A return label costs 5,00 euros
Bezorgen ander adres
When ordering, you have the option of specifying a billing and shipping address.
A different delivery address is possible. You also have the option to have your package delivered to a DHL parcelshop or PostNL service point in your area. You can then collect your package at a time that suits you. You can track your package via your received track & trace number from Sendcloud, which you will receive in the mail. Always take your proof of identity with you when picking up your order.
Shipping within Europe
The shipping costs depend on the height of your order and the country of delivery. We use the following shipping costs: For orders up to 65 EUR with deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany 5,00 EUR shipping costs will be charged. Orders above 65 EUR to these countries are shipped for free.
