Shipping and Payment
If you order before 4 p.m., we will be shipping your order the same working day. (excluding Saturday / Sunday and public holidays). We cannot guarantee next day delivery because we depend on the carrier, so there may be a delay in delivery. It is important that you include your email address and/or telephone number with your order in case you cannot receive the package.
Shipping via delivery service
If you and your neighbours are not at home, your package will be offered again the next working day. The delivery person may have delivered your package to a collection point nearby. You can always track your package via your track & trace number, which you received from the shipping platform Sendcloud. If you have questions about the delivery of your package, you can ask your question by replying to the received mail from this platform Sendcloud about the delivery of your package. Delivery to antother address
During the ordering process you have the possibility to provide a billing address and shipping address.
A different delivery address is possible. You also have the possibility to have your parcel delivered to a DHL parcel shop near you. You can pick up your parcel when it suits you. You can track your parcel via your received track & trace number from Wuunder. Always bring your ID with you when picking up your order at a DHL Parcelshop.
Shipping within Europe
The costs for shipment depend on the height of your order and the country of delivery. We use the following shipping costs: For orders up to 100 EUR with deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Austria, 10.00 EUR shipping costs will be charged. Orders above 100 EUR to these countries are shipped for free.
For orders to the other European countries, EUR 25 will be charged.
