Return procedure

Wrong size or not the right colour or model? Don’t worry, send the Blundstones back to us in their original unworn condition (when you fit the shoes, do it on carpet). You can return your order provided the item(s) are returned in good condition. This means that items and the Blundstone box are not damaged, dirty or worn. Place the shoebox in a shipping box so that the Blundstone box remains undamaged.

  • If the socks have been tried on or have been removed from the packaging, the socks cannot be returnd.

The 14 day return period commences when the package is delivered to you. Returning your item is free of charge. In the return portal you can download return label and than you need to print the label. Stick the return label on the box of the return. DHL and Bpost do not work together anymore. That is the reason why you are not able to send a package with Bpost anymore.

Exchange

It is not possible to exchange via our webshop. If you wish to receive a different size or model, place a new order in our webshop and your previous purchase can be returned free of charge.

How to return with DHL or DPD?

  1. Go to the request return page
  2. Enter your zip code and order number
  3. Follow the steps to return your item(s)
  4. Add the packing note “loose” in the box with your name and order number. So we know from whom the return is coming.

Processing your return

From the moment you submit your order to the delivery service you have selected, it may take a few days before we have received your return at our distribution center.

Every order received is checked by us. If your return is undamaged and returned within the period of 14 days, you will receive a credit note and the amount will be refunded to your account.

Depending on your payment method, it may take a few days before the purchase amount is returned to your account.
