Return procedure

Wrong size or not the right colour or model? Don’t worry, return the Blundstones to us in original unworn condition (if trying on shoes, do so on carpet/clean surface). Only try them on within a few minutes. So do not keep the shoes on all day, as we will not be able to accept your return. You can return your order provided the item(s) are returned in good condition. This means that the items and the Blundstone box are not damaged, dirty or worn. Place the shoebox in a shipping box so that the Blundstone box also remains undamaged. Does your return meet the above conditions? Then unfortunately we cannot process your return or refund the product. If the shoes are in good condition but the rest of the conditions are not met, an administration fee will be charged. These amount to 20 euros. This happens, for example, when the return shipment is not sent back to Blundstone Benelux in a outer box. When you do not return the extra soles (which you receive with the classic models). Then we will charge you for this. The cost for this is 20 euros.


It is not possible to exchange via our webshop. If you wish to receive a different size or model, place a new order in our webshop.

How to return?

Click on the green button below and register your return order.

  1. Go to the request return page
  2. Enter your zip code and order number
  3. Follow the steps to return your item(s)
  4. Add the packing note “loose” in the box with your name and order number. So we know from whom the return is coming.

Processing your return

From the moment you return your order to a DHL Parcel shop and DPD parcel shop, it may take a few days for us to receive your returned product(s) at our distribution centre.

Every order received is checked by us. If your return is undamaged and returned within the 14-day period, you will receive a credit note and the amount will be refunded to your account. The order amount is refunded via our payment system Mollie.
